What to Bring

A cute toddler boy eating at home.

Your child’s backpack or school bag, lunch box, drink bottle,  spare change of clothes (including underwear) everything labelled clearly please.  If you prefer your own brand of sunscreen please provide. If your child still enjoys a daytime nap, please provide a cot sheet.

At Nurture and Nature we provide a healthy Morning and Afternoon Tea, this always comprises of fresh fruit/vegetables and additions (for example yoghurt, healthy slices, muffins etc.)  Your child is always welcome to more food whenever they are hungry.

You will be asked to pack your child’s lunch in a named lunchbox. Sometimes less is more for children at this age and to save yourself the stress and heartache of seeing uneaten food at the end of the day we suggest you limit the lunch to a couple of serves of something your child enjoys. Drinking plenty of water is promoted and we are a juice and junk free centre (no chips/lollies etc).

For the 0 – 2 years, parents are to provide cot sheet, bottles, nappies, lunch and spare clothing.

No eggs, nuts or nut related produce goes without saying!

We ask parents to please provide a clean, named cot sheet for their child’s personal use at nap time. This is to be laundered weekly at the minimum and returned to the centre within the child’s bag on each registered day.

We are an Egg and Nut Free Centre!
